I use http://www.playandwatch.co.uk, you can find lots of Documentaries there. Apart from movies also 3100 live tv channels, 2500 Documentaries, 5000 flash games, 10.000s tv programs videos etc..

Don't want to seem too pushy, but I just started my own documentary website. It's called Documentary Paradise and I've set it up so that it only connects to the best quality documentaries that I can find. I hope you will consider it.
